User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating the site. You must ensure that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

Job Listings

Cryptogrind hosts two types of job listing:

• Directly posted jobs — listed by employers who have created a Cryptogrind account. Applications are submitted through Cryptogrind and delivered directly to the employer via the platform. Your application data (name, contact information, cover letter, links, and any other details you provide) is stored on Cryptogrind and shared with the relevant employer.
• Aggregated listings — sourced automatically from third-party job boards and company websites. Clicking Apply on these listings will redirect you to an external site operated by the employer or a third party. Cryptogrind has no involvement in the application process for aggregated listings and is not responsible for how your data is handled on those external sites. You will be shown a warning before leaving Cryptogrind.

Job Applications

For directly posted jobs, when you submit an application the details you provide are stored on Cryptogrind and forwarded to the relevant employer or their representatives. We make no guarantee that any given employer will respond to or progress your application. You can delete your account and all associated application data at any time from your dashboard.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the site without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you breach these terms or if we need to do so to comply with legal obligations.

Disclaimer and Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
