The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Partner to support the execution and scale of our marketing initiatives. Working closely with our Events and Marketing teams, you will use Marketo and other marketing technology platforms to build, launch, and optimize email and event campaigns. As a member of the New Media Operations team, you will help establish best practices, improve workflows, and build the processes and systems needed to deliver high quality campaigns efficiently and at scale.

• Be the point of contact and our dedicated Marketo execution expert for our high volume event/email marketing campaign execution for the vertical teams
• Handle multiple priorities, managing tight timelines to deliver flawless end-to-end email/event campaign production and execution, including list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution and optimization in Marketo
• Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners and identify and create efficiencies in current marketing processes
• Manage marketing projects and campaigns in ClickUp to ensure campaign timelines are met and programs are successfully executed
• Own and evolve cross vertical event calendar; communicate updates regularly
• Excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, stakeholder management, on-time delivery, and efficient task execution
• Maintain the health of our database to ensure deliverability and accurate reporting
• Partner with New Media leaders to develop reporting and analytics - both the data we gather and the way we deliver insights

Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise and hands on experience in Marketo administration. Marketo certification is greatly preferred
• Working knowledge of SFDC for campaign set up, triggers and lead and contact management
• 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing operations execution experience
• Ability to read and utilize HTML/CSS/Javascript templates
• Experience using Data Management tools and Survey tools is a plus
• Maintain the health of our database to ensure deliverability and accurate reporting
• Own and evolve our reporting and analytics, from the data we capture to how we turn it into insights stakeholders can act on
• Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $168,000 - $196,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.

This role is eligible to participate in the a16z carry program and various discretionary bonus programs as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, vacation, and sick leave.
