What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and prioritize design goals and requirements for Web3 applications.
• Create user-centric designs and prototypes using Figma, ensuring a seamless experience across all platforms.
• Develop design systems that align with our brand and enhance usability in complex environments, such as crypto transactions and gaming interfaces.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback, iterating on designs to meet user needs effectively.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement your designs using TypeScript and React, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our product offerings within the Web3 space.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with an ability to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including TypeScript and React, to effectively communicate with development teams.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contracts, particularly Solidity, to inform design decisions in the Web3 context.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user experience in complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to self-manage and drive projects to completion.
