What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge blockchain solutions for real estate transactions, including property listings, ownership transfers, and leasing agreements.
• Develop and deploy robust smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger, and other blockchain platforms using Solidity and similar languages.
• Integrate blockchain solutions seamlessly into existing web and mobile applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain network by implementing best practices and conducting thorough audits.
• Conduct code reviews and rigorous testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our blockchain offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Blockchain Developer with a strong focus on Solidity, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Web3.js, and EVM.
• In-depth understanding of smart contract development and deployment in a DeFi context.
• Familiarity with various blockchain platforms, particularly Ethereum and Hyperledger.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Rust or Go that can enhance our blockchain capabilities.
• Experience in developing DEX (Decentralized Exchange) platforms or applications.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in blockchain development.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector or related industries.
