We are looking for a skilled Blockchain / Web3 Developer to help us build the core blockchain infrastructure behind this ecosystem, including token rewards, secure user interactions, smart contracts, and integration with our application platform.

About the Role

As a Blockchain / Web3 Developer at EyeLabX, you will work closely with our product, AI, IoT, and software engineering teams to design and implement the blockchain layer of our health-tech ecosystem.

You will help develop smart contracts, token reward logic, wallet integrations, secure transaction flows, and blockchain-based incentive mechanisms that reward users for positive eye wellness behaviors such as taking regular breaks, reducing screen time, and maintaining healthier digital habits.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on a meaningful product at the intersection of health technology, wearable devices, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.

What You Will Do -Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts for the EyeLabX reward ecosystem. -Build blockchain-based token reward mechanisms for healthy digital habits. -Integrate smart contracts with backend services, mobile apps, desktop apps, and wearable-device data flows. -Support wallet connection, token balance tracking, reward claiming, and transaction history features. -Collaborate with backend developers to connect blockchain logic with user accounts, activity tracking, and app dashboards. -Help design secure architecture for user data, rewards, and transaction transparency. -Work with the product team to turn business requirements into practical Web3 technical solutions. -Review and improve smart contract security, gas efficiency, and scalability. -Support future blockchain features such as premium access, token redemption, NFT/wearable ownership records, or decentralized identity if required.

Required Skills -Strong experience with Solidity and smart contract development. -Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, or other EVM-compatible networks. -Hands-on experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Remix, or Truffle. -Strong knowledge of ethers.js or web3.js. -Experience integrating smart contracts with backend APIs and frontend applications. -Understanding of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, or ERC-1155. -Knowledge of wallet integrations such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, or similar tools. -Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices. -Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. -Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote startup environment.

Nice to Have -Experience with health-tech, IoT, wearable devices, or AI-powered platforms. -Experience building token reward systems, loyalty platforms, or incentive-based ecosystems. -Knowledge of decentralized identity, data privacy, or secure user data management. -Experience with mobile app blockchain integration. -Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, or similar technologies. -Experience with smart contract audits or security tools. -Interest in digital wellness, eye health, and user-focused healthcare technology.
